Hello guys. Today we are going to talk about vows of silence. As you can see, (or, hear)

I am not speaking.

Because I took a vow of silence.

(I took an absolute vow of silence, which you will learn about later)

(For short, vos or VoS stands for vow(s) of silence)

So, what is a vos?

Well, a vos is when you (temporarily) choose not to speak.

How do you categorize voses?

Well, there are two main types:

absolute (when you say absolutely nothing)

and

relative (when you say less. Sometimes you have to speak to, for instance, convey important things)

Why did I start taking a vos?

Today, Fri Mar 4, 10:05. Part of an english homework regarding the book See You in the Cosmos. The homework requires at least 24 hours of consecutive absolute vos.

How long do I plan to make it?

The homework is due on next friday. I think I will hold an absolute vos for today and some of tommorow (until 10:05) I will also keep relative vos until the homework due date. Relative vos allows me to record videos, et. cetera.
